Go to Setup > App Settings > Access Control

In ShowGizmo, you have control over who can access your event.

There are three levels of access you can set for your event

1. Open access - this means that anyone can join the event once it has been published

2. Access code - you can create an access code and only people with this code or an existing registration can join

3. Closed access - only people who have been pre-registered in the ShowGizmo dashboard can join
