After you have loaded your map, you can add Pins to highlight particular areas or exhibition booths.

Go to Maps > click on Options > select Edit

You can add pins that are either a Marker, a Rectangle or use the Freeform option to highlight locations. Select the option you wish to use from the menu on the right. If you are placing a lot of pins, we recommend using the Rectangle as the map may become hard to read if you add a lot of Markers.

If you are using a Marker, simply click the desired location on the map. If you are using the Rectangle or Freeform, draw a box around the location on the map. A box will appear where you can add a Custom Name, Description and an optional URL.

If you are pinning an Exhibitor, click on the Exhibitor tab and select the Exhibitor from the dropdown list (you must have all of your exhibitors loaded before you can use this option).

You can also place markers on the map for specific Sessions, click on the Session tab and choose the Session from the dropdown list (you must have all of your sessions loaded before you can use this option).

When you have made your selection, click on Create Marker at the bottom.
