Setup

On contract, your sales agent will provide details of our production process.

Your Customer Success Manager will make contact within 2 business days to book in your first training session.

We set up your event to specifications and preferences agreed with you; including event information page, app features, app customisations and access control.
Data Entry We provide you with on line training with an experienced Customer Success Manager.
This covers all standard areas of the Dashboard then we do it for you.
We have a comprehensive Knowledge Library to assist you along the way.
Our friendly Customer Success team are also available to assist throughout the process.
We will upload the following data to your event.

Unless otherwise stated, we will accept one initial data submission for each of these categories, plus two updates. No further updates will be completed by the ShowGizmo Production Team. Any further updates can be completed in the Dashboard by the event organizer.

Please note, once the event has been signed off, no further updates will be completed by the ShowGizmo Production Team. Any further updates can be completed in the Dashboard by the event organizer.

Engagement

We create and provide you with a promo poster in set format.

We provide you with engagement and uptake tools and suggestions to ensure the maximum uptake success.
We provide you with example text for participant invites.
We provide you with Exhibitor QR Code Poster files.
We prepare text for participant invites. Two updates are included.
We invite speakers, delegates and exhibitors on your behalf. One initial send and one reminder are included.
You have access to send further invitations in the Dashboard.
We set up push notifications. One submission only. You can add more push notifications on the day or you can have further updates made by ShowGizmo by using our app concierge service on the day of the event.
Surveys, Ratings, live polling 
We provide you with sample event surveys and sample session evaluations.
We set up your event survey. One submission only.
We set up your session evaluations. One submission only.
We set up your Live Polls. One submission only.

You have access to change/edit any of these in the dashboard or you can have further updates made by ShowGizmo by using our app concierge service on the day of the event.
Analytics

We provide your post event report. We provide a presentation that provides a detailed analysis of app usage within 5 business days after your event.

We will not conduct any data entry or other work in any third party software.

Lead Qualification management*

Note None of the above are included in either the standard or premium support packages because the time involved is variable, and if required, they will be scoped separately and a price agreed with you.

*An Exhibitor management package is available for an additional cost. This applies if premium support for your exhibitors is required. The service includes:

  • ShowGizmo enables lead qualification for all applicable exhibitors
  • ShowGizmo sends a welcome email to all applicable exhibitors
  • ShowGizmo holds two training webinars for all applicable exhibitors
  • ShowGizmo provides a recording of the training webinar for all applicable exhibitors

  • ShowGizmo sends a post event report reminder
  • ShowGizmo provides email support to all applicable exhibitors in the lead up to the event and up to five days after the event
