Creating a page on your website: this can detail key features as well as the download process with visuals so attendees know from the start an app will be available. Click here to view examples of what some clients have done.


Conference Booklet: If you are not going paperless it is a great idea to include a one page flyer promoting the app at the front of your handbook or printed programs. We provide all clients with download flyers so just let us know your cut off date for printing and we can get one through to you in time!


Event Signage: As well as the download flyer we provide, it is great to advertise the app around the expo floor or conference venue whether that be on screens, PowerPoint guides or posters- all of which can be complemented with reminders from your MC's and presenters.

Email Footers: Why not include a graphic of your app in your event email footers- a subtle visual cue and reminder your event will be having its own app!
